Demolition of the old house

The old house went down fast, and a new water tank and basement were built be under the new house.

September 2002 - construction
restarted, with a new architect, after a break of 4 months,
when the town demanded changes in the design
May 2003 - the changes are actually for the better, making the courtyard clearer and lighter. There are two fountains, some of the old trees - an avocado, an orange and a lime and many new orchids. See what the house looks like finished: April 2004
