Raita
is an Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi condiment made with yogurt and used as a sauce or dip. The yogurt may be seasoned with coriander (cilantro), cumin, mint, cayenne pepper, and other herbs and spices.

Shrimp Curry is easy to understand.  Some of the greatest seafood curries originate along the south coast of India where shrimp, fish and other seafood are plentiful. In this shrimp curry, a fragrant spice mix imparts a deep color and encapsulates the rich flavors of South Indian cuisine.

Koftas are Indian meatballs, often simmered in an aromatic sauce. There are also different varieties of vegetable koftas that can be served in a similar manner. To make the latter version, vegetables are often steamed or boiled and then mashed with a variety of spices. The balls are deep fried, simmered in sauce and served with as a side dish with rice or naan/chapati.
