• Pratt Museum Dinners have a long and successful history, started in the late 1970's.  
  • Each year, this candlelight dinner is served in the historic Pratt Homestead.    Great food, specially chosen recipes shared among museum members to provide a great evening.   Fine wines are included.  The Pratt Museum Dinner brings together the community as well as valued guests.  You can make new acquaintances and enjoy the conversation and the fine food.

  • The Spring 2003 Candlelight dinner  .... postponed till later - visit this site again, please.
  • Admission is $30 for members and $35 for non-members.  If you are uncertain as to whether you have paid your 2003 membership, please go to our 2003 Members' list or look forward to your name appearing on our membership appeal letter going out in the next few weeks.
     
  • The Dinner will be "The Best of Spring" - a menu will be selected from the Pratt Museum Cookbook using Spring Menus from the years 1979 through 2002.
     
  • You may reserve by e-mail or by calling 518-299-3395 and leaving a message with name and number of reservations needed.  We will notify you as time goes on whether advance payment is necessary....depending on the number of advance reservations we receive.
     
  • Pratt Museum Dinner Cookbooks will be on sale - releases for the year 2002 will be available - these are the FINAL releases for the Cookbook.  Those who acquired the cookbooks in 1999 or later may update their books with releases from 2000 ($7.50), 2001 ($5.00), and 2002 ($7.50).

    Complete cookbooks with recipes for all Pratt Museum Dinners held from 1979 through 2002 may be purchased for $35.00 completely updated through the Fall of 2002.

  • We held a splendid and an exclusive HISTORIC PROGRESSIVE DINNER on July 27, 2002. - it started at 6 p.m. at the Pratt Museum 
    Guests enjoyed appetizers at the Museum, salads at the historic Old Manse, main course at the historic, stone Hardenburgh House and desserts over the Huntersfield Falls. 

    The progressive dinner is now in its fifth year.    This years dinner took people to houses with plenty of history, while they enjoyed a fabulous meal at all of them.   It was limited to 40 people with reservations and oversold, with a waitlist!
  • Fall 2002 Museum Candlelight Dinner - October 19, 2002.  It was fully booked, but a few people on the waitlist also made it.   
    This Fall's dinner was in honor of four prior Pratt Museum Board Members who passed away in 2002:  Grace Birnbaum, Earl Crandall, Joe Fiorillo and Andy Dresser

  • All are welcome: Prattsville & area residents, as well as guests to the Catskills.   This is always a beautiful event, seated in the Pratt Museum while the Fall colors abound.    B O O K    E A R L Y  for next Spring's dinner  ! ! !   These events are extremely popular and superb value, with excellent food, wine, deserts.   Our last dinner was fully-reserved three weeks in advance ....
